I dont think so. Technology is very impersonal. Just think about the Restak story about the person on the phone, ignoring the person that they were with. Or just think about if you are on the computer, surfing the net, a person is into what's going on on the screen in front of them, therefore ignoring the people around them- the true way to form a moral identity. It will explain how these changes can be strongly influenced by the person's everyday life and even his or her past. It will explain different situations that can affect a personality and the outcome of the situation. Also it will explain how a person's satisfaction with his or her self matters when it comes to their personality. Satisfaction has a differnt defintion to everybody and whether or not they are satisfied with their life is really a matter of personal goals they have set for themselves.
